All fresh produce and herbs are organically grown in the garden, picked daily offering our guests the freshest ingredients at all times.
Favourite specials are the Springbok Fillet served with a green peppercorn, brandy and cream sauce drizzled with cherry guava jelly, Roast Duck a 'l orange, Belgian Style Mussels and the ever popular Venison Pie.
